Standard Digital Product License Agreement (SVG & Craft Files)

DIGITAL PRODUCT LICENSE AGREEMENT

This License Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of April 1, 2026 by and between:

Licensor: SVGCutFileDownload.shop – Julie Posey
Licensee: The purchaser of the digital file(s)

1. GRANT OF LICENSE

The Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the purchased digital file(s) (“Designs”) under the terms outlined below.

2. PERMITTED USES

The Licensee may:

  • Use the Designs for personal and up to 500 commercial projects
  • Create physical end products (e.g., t-shirts, decals, mugs, signs) for sale
  • Modify or resize the Designs to fit project needs

3. PROHIBITED USES

The Licensee may NOT:

  • Resell, share, or distribute the digital files in any format
  • Upload the Designs to third-party marketplaces (including free download sites)
  • Convert the Designs into other digital files for resale (e.g., SVG to PNG bundles)
  • Claim the Designs as their own work
  • Use the Designs for print-on-demand services (unless explicitly permitted)

4. DIGITAL FILE SHARING

The Designs are licensed to a single user only. File sharing, transferring, or distributing to others is strictly prohibited.

5. OWNERSHIP

All Designs remain the intellectual property of the Licensor. This Agreement does not transfer ownership, only usage rights.

6. NO WARRANTY

The Designs are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. The Licensor is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Designs.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall the Licensor be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the Designs.

8. TERMINATION

This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if the Licensee violates any terms of this Agreement.

9. REFUNDS

Due to the digital nature of this product, all sales are final and non-refundable.

10. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

11. ACCEPTANCE

By purchasing, downloading, or using the Designs, the Licensee agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
